    This recipe makes very light, almost ethereal waffles. Exactly the right vehicle for syrup, butter, and/or jam. I made a half batch, it was more than enough for one hungry person.

    Fantastic pancakes! Light and fluffy and deliciously flavored. It’s a great way to use up sour milk leftover from straining homemade ricotta.
