    Yummy and a great way to incorporate a different protein. I find seitan a similar texture to chicken, so both my kids were into it.

    I added a handful of hazelnuts and a fried egg. It was pretty good though the seitan was a little chewy. I think this was the first time I’d ever cooked with or eaten seitan.

    I wasn't super impressed by this recipe, it was kind of bland. Maybe it was my green beans or the seitan, but I ended up adding some vinegar and some mustard to add more flavor.
