    A simple, tasty recipe that is easy to make in exactly the quantity you need. I went with the stronger Vietnamese cinnamon thinking it went best with the cayenne.

    This is incredibly easy and lifts bulgur into something very special. Browned butter and toasted almonds add a delicious nutty aroma and taste and the cinnamon and cayenne a hint of spice and heat.
