Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    My favorite recipe from this book. I've made it MANY times, and it's ruined me for the version served at Jeni's shops and in stores. The homemade version has the deep, unctuous flavor of browned butter throughout the base, while the packaged/shop version's base ice cream has much less flavor.
