    Jeni recommends against making 1/2 recipe (which is what her banana ice cream calls for), and this is so good that it's really quite dangerous for me to have the rest of it just hanging around in the fridge. A little shard of it does taste pretty darn good in espresso. I cooked the sauce for 15 minutes and found I did need to stir quite vigorously during the last five minutes so it wouldn't burn on the bottom.
