    OK, this was seriously delish. I was so excited when I was able to get ramps at a local farm market this week, and I found this recipe and made a point to gather the other ingredients to make it. So, so good. Just a perfect combination of textures, tanginess and sweetness, crunch and softness...I could have eaten a whole bowl of it on my own.
