Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Like many of you, I've tried countless chili recipes including my own variations. This recipe is almost perfection. Tastes great the first day but continues to improve next day. My go to chili recipe now.
