    Returned to this one again - actually forgotten I had made it 6 years ago! This time we used a Japanese tea blend with lime & ginger . .. and this time the wok survived unharmed. Same result as previously - delicious.

    Give this one a try: we got a very moist result; lovely skin colour from the tea-smoking; delicate flavours. The salsa was a nice accompaniment. Easy enough, although not sure my wok will recover (smoking mix leaked through the protective foil lining).
