    This is a great cake - great flavor and a texture that's both moist and relatively light for a buttery tube-pan cake.

    ...rest assured this cake is nothing short of awesome!...The cream gives it a light feathery texture, something which is difficult to achieve in a bundt as their crumb is usually quite closed & moist.
