    Found this a bit too soft. It also took longer to cook than the recipe stated. I weighed the sorrel after stemming as I wasn’t sure whether to weigh it trimmed or untrimmed, so maybe that was the issue. If weighing after trimming add 1-2 additional eggs. Flavor delicate, with those changes this is a keeper and uses up a LOT of sorrel!!!
