    only used one egg (no extra yolk), used as many dark choc chips as I had left (60g) made up the difference with chopped up fancy Rancho Gordo stoneground chocolate discs. finished with flaky salt. shockingly delicious for a melted butter, no chill, "I need cookies right now" cookies! Really impressive looking and tasting, especially using the Sarah Kieffer pan bang at the end for a nice ripple. Made half the batch, froze the other half for future cravings, 11 mins was perfect for me.

    Fantastic chocolate chip cookie recipe. I doubled it and got 56 cookies using about a 2 Tbs scoop. Used 3 eggs and slightly less sugar than called for. I refrigerated the dough before scooping because our house was warm today. Baked for 11 to 12 minutes.
