Can substitute balsamic vinegar for white balsamic vinegar.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Horseradish lover’s delight! This recipe owes its flavor to prepared horseradish which is in the slaw and the sauce. I halved the recipe for two of us. We thought the horseradish and vinegar used in both were an interesting twist on the usual sauces and sides for steak. I tweaked the sauce by adding double the amount of sour cream (light) and if I were to make this again, I’d double the sauce recipe to have extra available at the table. For the slaw I shredded one medium beet and two medium carrots. I was out of dried and fresh dill so omitted that. I’m sure it would have enhanced the flavor of the slaw. Served with roasted red potatoes (not rice as pictured as a suggestion?) and a green lettuce salad.
