    So simple, yet so delicious. I've tried variations by adding a bit of crushed garlic, or fresh torn basil at the end. But the simple, classic with just onion is just as delicious.

    Simple and delicious! I decided to leave the onions in. Lots of fresh grated Parmesan is good to have on hand.
