Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I did this as a warm version .. added the dressing to the prawns as I was cooking them and reduced it a little. Also added some coriander leaves as an addition - absolutely delish, fresh, light and really tasty.

    As a follow up to my previous note, I tried this again with a Vietnamese dressing (3 tbs fish sauce, 3 tbs rice wine vinegar, 2 tbs sugar, juice 1 lime) and it worked so much better

    This was pretty average. The soy/honey dressing didn't enhance the flavour of the pomelo or prawn. I'd be tempted to do a Vietnamese fish sauce based dressing
