Can substitute fish sausages for mild sausages and white vinegar for rice vinegar. Variation: Can add "cooked spinach, carrots, crabmeat, ground beef, tuna, kimchi, strips of fried eggs, or any number of things in your rolls." (Quick & Easy Korean Cooking, Cecilia Hae-jin Lee, p. 125) Note: Does not keep well.
