Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This recipe calls for using a small pineapple without saying how much it should yield. I Used 500 g of chopped pineapple and according to the internet that is about 2/3 of the weight of a small pineapple -who knows if that is correct. I used therefore 2/3 of the amount of sugar and water called for and found it very sweet so I used extra lemon. It was fine but a little icy in texture and a little too sweet.
