    These were good but next time I will add mozzarella cheese to the filling and puree the tomato sauce before pouring over the shells. I will also scale up the filling to use a whole 32 oz container of ricotta.

    Who doesn’t love pasta shells? ...kind of a lazy-man’s, deconstructed lasagne, there’s even more to love about it. This version is quite simple and delicious.
