Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    Used chicken breast as that is what I had on hand and it worked very well. Cut back on the butter a bit and used half and half and it was still rich enough. I went with a bit of wine instead of the bourbon, again based on what we had on hand and it was lovely. The sauce is nice and smooth with a pronounced mushroom flavour. Straining the mushrooms out was very easy and made for a much nicer presentation but still with all the flavour.
