Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I cut this back to roughly to 1/3 (a bit of guess re: how much of the dried ancho to use....probably closer to 1/2 but it was still good) for the 2 of us which was lots as side dish. I added some diced red onion & sweet pepper with the garlic and then proceeded as written (except feta in place of cotija). Oh yes, very tasty!
