    i wasn’t sure about all of these flavors together, it was delicious. I subbed bob’s red mill 1-1 gluten free flour. it worked perfectly.

    Really good cake. Not too sweet and good flavors with the pumpkin, cranberries and spices. It came out a bit dry, so I will probably check at 45 minutes next time.
