Green salad with creamy mustard vinaigrette from Barefoot Contessa Family Style: Easy Ideas and Recipes That Make Everyone Feel Like Family (page 42) by Ina Garten

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Used white wine vinegar instead of champagne vinegar. The mustard wasn’t overpowering at all. Served over a spring mix.

    What a wonderful vinaigrette!

This was a nice assertive dressing for our mixed green salad (served beside a tomato slab pie). I used Duke's mayo as the suggested sub for the egg yolk. As always with Ina, even a 1/2 recipe of dressing makes a lot. I would absolutely repeat this one.

This is a classic French vinaigrette recipe (same as in Barefoot in Paris) with a great balance of flavors. Recipe makes more dressing than needed.
