Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I had around 2.5 oz of cream cheese to use up so made this for bagels for the next few mornings. I tried to stick to 1/2 tbsp of each veg and added a very small finely minced clove of garlic. Not sure how often I would make this but we will happily work through this batch.

    Made 1 day ahead. Easy, good. Nice for a brunch - I probably wouldn't make it just for myself.
