Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I've made a couple of "fromage fort" recipes with big mixes of cheeses but this one, with just 2 (goat & blue) + sour cream (in place of creme fraiche), brandy & a good grinding of pepper packs a big punch of flavour wih few ingredients. This will not last long with the 2 of us snacking and it will be made for company soon.
