    Made this yesterday and will make it again. Next time I'll remember to cook the egg! Used regular broccoli as no Chinese broccoli in my local Coles this week. I halved the recipe as there's only two of us. For people with big appetites this may seem like a small serving, but it was enough for me. Good flavour and straightforward and quick to cook. The chilli vinegar was an interesting addition.
