    I can’t do carrots any other way now. They were so sweet. The butter can be reserved for basting a chicken

    Made these for Christmas dinner and they were delicious. There was lots of butter in the saucepan which was delicious and could be used to flavour another dish.

    These did not cook fully at the temperature specified. They were also swimming in butter and ended up greasy.
