Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Flavourful, easy recipe. Don't underestimate how long it will take to reduce the liquid into a glaze, however. I cranked the heat midway through to speed things up and it still took me about 20 mins. Will make this again but start earlier.
