Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I found this on the bland side, I think getting the balance of ingredients exactly right is probably very important, and I was a bit slapdash with measuring so that might have had something to do with it. Should have added more vinegar with hindsight and reading the description again, I ended up adding soy sauce instead at the table
