Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The chicken came out meltingly tender and gorgeously flavoured. I don't think I'd change anything about this recipe: it was great and I will make it again. Because it's quite rich, fatty and salty it would be nice to have a fresh green vegetable as a side, maybe a cucumber salad or similar.
