    Very easy midweek meal, though I only managed marinating the pork for 1 hour before the ravenous hordes descended. On the subject of pork, my book calls for "pork" rather than specifying the fillets (though I can highly recommend as that's how I came upon this recipe in the first place!). A lot of flavour for minimal effort = winner.
