Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    One of my favourite lasagna recipes. Sometimes add about 4 oz goat cheese to the cheese layer. Sometimes sub the sausage meat layer with short rib ragu.

    This has got to be one of the most popular recipes on Epicurious. I first made it in 2001 and everyone at the table swooned over how good it was. I've made it a few times since then, for special occasions, but not many, because we just can't eat this kind of calorie-laden food very often. However, for incredibly delicious comfort food, this just can't be beat!
