    Can substitute chicken legs for chicken thighs, and dried oregano for dried thyme. Marinate 1-2 hours.

    Love this recipe. I was gifted this book with a tagine and this was the first recipe I made and it made it into my rotation. Wonderful flavor and fairly easy to prepare.

    very good and easy recipe. used cracked olives from a jar but next time I would try with fresh green olives. served with her buttery couscous.
