    Great combination of ingredients. It will seem like too much spinach but it does shrink down and is in good balance with the cheese.

    Made this as part of a pizza night spread, subbing some radish greens for spinach. It was my favorite pie of the night, hands down. We used swiss instead of gruyere and aged pecorino instead of fresh as that's what we had, not measuring anything. But. The combo was still great.
