Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This pork sausage recipe was SO good! I used 3 star pork mince (Cole’s Supermarket) and used 3/4 of the batch as meatballs in a simple tomato and bacon based pasta sauce and the remainder as topping on pizza. Definitely a keeper. Being in Australia, I loved that the ingredients were easy to find and there was little or no recipe conversions needed - I did use jar minced garlic and jar minced ginger though.
