    Good! My husband and I liked the sauce with the chicken. I served my chicken over the sauce instead of under it. This is a very quick and easy recipe. Since tomato season is past its prime where I live, I used canned, peeled plum tomatoes and incorporated some of the sauce from the can into the recipe. Served with a green lettuce salad.
