    Oh my, I think these are the most flavorful lentils I've ever made/ eaten! Garlic was the most obvious note of flavor; the fresh ginger, scallions & tamari (which I subbed for soy sauce) contributed to the savoriness of the dish without noticeably standing out. I had somewhat less spinach than called for, but that did not noticeably affect the dish. So tasty!
