    Delicious, tender, lightly sweet biscuits (scones?). I assembled them the day before, froze them, and baked from frozen; they took 23 minutes, but the baking sheet had also been in the freezer and I used 30 g more berries. I got 8 biscuits.

    These are really delicious and so quick and easy. To make it extra quick, I combined all but the berries and cream in the food processor and the result was flaky and light. Highly recommend for strawberry season.
