    I should have followed mharriman’s lead and served it with tzatziki. I thought it was bland on its own.

    I’m always looking for new recipes to try with salmon since we eat it once a week. My husband and I thought the cucumber/ radish topping with vinegar dressing was delicious. I served store bought garlic-dill tzatziki on the side for an added kick. Will repeat.
