Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    So this recipe is certainly simple - I complicated it just slightly by sauteeing the recommended onion and garlic in oilive oil before adding the chicken broth and vegetables (carrots and cauliflower). It was pleasant, bland, and healthy, but definitely not spectacular - which is what I had anticipated, although who knew? Maybe the Jean-George magic would razzzle-dazzle was looked like a supremely basic recipe. It did not.
