    These are delicious both with and without the dip and quite easy with a bit of planning. I ended up using sour cream because my crème fraiche didn’t thicken properly but that worked out. I also used creamed horseradish as that was what I had on hand. Served at a party and they were delicious.

    These were fun to make and snack on. I followed the directions exactly and it worked out. The dough was easy to roll out and work with. The dipping sauce is a little runny but it’s ok, will make a great salad dressing if I have extra.
