    This was so tasty! I’d probably add more wine for the flavoring. And more grapes.

    This was good, but a stick of butter? There must be a lighter way to make such a simple dish. I made the mistake of serving this with her celery root and apple puree which also called for an entire stick of butter. Way too rich for a weeknight (or any night for that matter).

    Good, easy. Would definitely make again. Watch the roasting time because the grapes can burn on the edges of the pan.
