    A very delicious and rich terrine. I found the quantities of mince almost enough to make a second terrine.

    Pretty easy and tasty and keeps well for a few days. Good way to feed lots at a picnic. The amount of pancetta/bacon makes it a bit too fatty and salty for us though.
