My bookshelf is empty -- help!   Go to last post Go to last unread

For some mysterious reason, my bookshelf shows zero books, zero recipes. There should be more than 300 books and 74,000 recipes. Please tell me there is a system glitch. Is there a way to refresh my account? I have a lifetime membership so that's not the issue. Thanks in advance.

Seems like there's some kind of sitewide error - I can't search anything or pull up any of my library, either.

Yes, at first I thought it was just my slow internet collection again, but it's not even possible to view the EYB library. Instead of the over 150,000 titles in it, I just get this message, "0 results. Sorry, there was an unexpected error with your search. Please try again."

That has happened to me too- somewhat terrifying! Hopefully everything will be back up and running soon..

Apologies, there is a site issue - resolving it now. Don't worry, your EYB data has not vanished!

Thanks for the update - I really did go into a tailspin.  Self quarantining is bad enough, but without my recipes, a new form of hell.
