I'm having a problem finding the search values needed to show the "how to" make Asian noodles recipes that I know are in my library. I know how to pick my cookbooks off the shelves and find them but EYB should be able to be a big help as it normally is.
What used to confuse me when searching for Asian noodle recipes is that they are in pasta category. I added "how to make", and it pulled up 8 or so recipes. Out of these, only 4-5 were how yo make actual noodles.
We are addressing this now, adding the "How to" tag to any recipes for making noodles and other types of pasta.
Keep in mind that YouTube is a great source for technique videos. Seeing a technique can be worlds better than trying to figure out someone's description of the same technique.
