This was very good. I used chicken thighs without skin though, and added the garlic to the chicken instead of including it later in the gremolata.
Delicious. Need to try really slow oven, but always a winner.

Oh yum! I made a healthier version of this substituting yoghurt for the cream cheese and serving with low fat ice cream instead of the sauce. Really good!
Another favourite tagine
I couldn't find one of the ingredients (sundried tomato paste) at the store so I substituted regular tomato paste and a little added sugar. The bolognese sauce was lovely and rich.
Made this, with jewfish not kingfish. The chermoula is tasty. Part of the beans are blended which makes the beans a bit more sauce like, which is a good idea.
Very nice even healthier with much less coconut milk than specified.
What a fabulous, easy winter pudding. However did I survive all those winters without it! I added frozen raspberries to the jam and it took a few minutes longer to cook.
