Notes about this book

  • Brikl on January 06, 2018

I've made several recipes from this book and must say that you have to have a good idea about how to cook because the directions are not very detailed. Some directions are also silly, like telling you to soak lentils overnight, which is completely unnecessary. The ingredients are also not adjusted for Americans, so you'll have to do some substituting. I'll keep trying this book but I've been rather disappointed thus far.

This recipe cooks fast, so is great for a weeknight dinner. I enjoyed the rich, crunchy flavor of the almond butter sauce.
