  • Moroccan chicken one-pot

Tasted great, but would add slightly less sugar. I would also cut the butternut squash into smaller pieces to cook it quicker. Would definitely try boneless chicken thighs next time, find I often manage to overcook the breast with those timings.

  • Chocolate pear crisp

    • raybun on May 22, 2017

Thanks to EYB I discovered this little gem of a recipe. Not only does it taste fabulous and decadent, it's only 140 cal per serving. I used a tin of pears so bypassed the poaching instructions. Took 5 mins to prepare so ideal for unplanned guests or a last minute dessert.

  • Best-ever tiramisu

    • Jane on October 26, 2013

Not the best ever tiramisu I have eaten (or made) - but a good one. To be fair, I was unable to get Marsala where I'm staying and had to use a sweet wine so I didn't make the recipe exactly as written.
