Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Pork cooked in milk with potatoes and sage

    • Foodycat on August 26, 2018

Absolutely delicious - tender and sweet, and smells sublime while it's cooking. Needs a LOT of seasoning. I removed the lid and cartouche for the last half hour to let the juices reduce a bit and give the potatoes some colour.
