Notes about this book

Heirloom bean and grain salad with chive vinaigrette - p.151 A bit of a process with cooking 4 different beans/grains first. But it was a nice combination with a mix of beans, lentils, wheatberries and red quinoa. It didn't look very appetizing as it was all shades of brown but it tasted good. The chive vinaigrette is essential for the flavor. - Jane
