  • Chicken with mustard lentils

    • bwehner on February 23, 2014

So easy & perfect flavor mix. You can be creative with this. Add more lentils, preserved lemons, sun dried tomatoes, Swiss chard. But, don't go overboard. Let the lentils shine!

This is just delicious and very easy. The recipe as written is fantastic.

  • Thai pork & peanut curry

    • raybun on December 14, 2016

Very good recipe, easy mid week fare. I halved the red curry paste as mine is very hot, and it turned out perfectly. Leftovers for lunches were very popular too.

  • Teriyaki chicken meatballs with rice & greens

    • Cheri on December 12, 2015

This is very, very good. Substituted ground turkey for the chicken and added small amount of breadcrumbs and mayo to bind. Don't skip the lemon rind, it adds a nice brilliance to the finished dish. Sauce qty. is adequate for 1 lb of ground meat, to lightly sauce the dish. Sauce is not too sweet or salty, and combined with the brown rice & sautéed greens it was really a good and filling combo. I'll make this again.
