    I made the Roasted Cauliflower Grilled Cheese with Jalapeno Aioli and it was incredible! Really delicious. I substituted soy mayo for regular mayo in the aioli and the sandwich was still divine. I would make it with less cheese and more cauliflower next time maybe, to make the sandwich even healthier, but this is definitely a winner.
